Westpark celebrates 40 years of service


In March, Westpark Communications celebrated 40 years of providing customers with live answer services. In an industry that measures longevity by months, Westpark Communications has been providing exemplary service for four decades.

Westpark Communications began operations in 1968 as a family-run business offering telephone answering services for customers in the Houston metropolitan area. Westpark rapidly gained a loyal base of customers by delivering on a simple promise - professional, highly personalized service.

From the beginning, word-of-mouth promotion has been the key to Westpark’s growth, and the trend continues today. “We’re extremely proud,” notes Edwards, “that, over the past year, 50% of our new client base came to us by referrals from current clients.”

Toward the Future

In 2002, Westpark moved to its current location, a specially designed headquarters and call center on Houston's west side.
